MP-EPLFS-FRA Presser foot down position

(Added screwed axle on the presser foot bar) Allows to keep presser foot at down position, during all the time needle is inside the material.
Permits also to adjust presser foot height very precisely and to put heavy pressure
on it without any risk to mark material.
