Main drive motor
750W, direct drive mechanism brings high acceleration and low vibration.
Low power consumption and maintenance free.
X-Y Table drive control
Feed back control by encoder. Feed back control brings more stable motion and more accurate stitches compare with open control.
Cycle time reduction will be expected due to leave out home position returning at the end of the sewing.
Presser foot control
By stepping motor, setting resolution is 0.2 mm. Presser foot height in the sewing cycle can be programmed by teaching panel.
Max. sewing speed
3000 rpm (rotary hook) 2800 rpm (Shuttle hook). Cycle time will be reduced over 30% compare with E series.
Storage medium
USB Flash memory : commercial USBFlash memory can be used. USB type floppy drive is also available.
Teaching panel
5.7'' LCD touch panel, white LED back light.
Operation time is improved compare with E series. LED back light is conform to ROHS directive.
