Acceptance of the Terms of Use :
This Site and the use you are about to make of it are subject to the terms of use set out below, that you are free to accept or refuse. If you access the Site, you are considered as having accepted the present terms of use. If you refuse them, you are not authorized to access the Site.

Authorized utilisation of the Site :
You are authorised by Mitsubishi to view, consult and make a single copy of each page of the Site with the sole objective of consulting it. You are not granted any other right, unless Mitsubishi has expressly granted them in writing. As a result, you are not authorized to modify or alter, transmit to any other person, make commercial use of, store, publish, load, distribute or create a work using all or part of the contents of the Site, or to make any use of such contents other than those you are granted by these terms of use. However, the use of press releases or other documents qualified as public, available on the site is authorized in the context of a public communication if the source of the information is established.

Interpretation :
In the event of a conflict between the French text and any other release of these terms of use in another language, the French text will take precedence.
Governing law and competent jurisdiction :
The Site and such utilisation as you may make of it in conformity with the present terms of use are governed by French law and all claims concerning the Site shall be of the exclusive jurisdiction of Paris Tribunal de Commerce (court dealing with trade disputes) as the sole competent court.
